That proves that we were talking about them before you ordered the 3071's. I lost my record unfortunately and need a court supena (spelling) to get my records from december 4th 2012. Which I am trying to do. I spoke to a lawyer today and they said a case was just tried like this and the guy got criminal charges of grand theft. I am almost 100% sure you would still have our conversations from that day since that was one of the last things I messaged you on my old phone number since you have a smart phone. Anyways your lying Ash. And I will show everyone on this forum that I caught you in 2 lies on here. 1 smaller lie. and 1 HUGE lie at the bottom of this post. The one lie was you offered me a restocking option but it would "cost a hefty fee". I considered it even though you said you couldnt restock it, I thought well at least I would get some money. This shouldn't have happened either was since you were going to REFUND me. REFUND is your word. I asked if I could get my money back. December 4th you agreed via text message that you would refund me the CASH for the 3071 turbos. This is because I did buy a new Z. I wanted to put those turbos on the old Z. This new Z had hks2530 turbos on it and I was happy with those since I was literally scared to floor it on the highway while out in California. December 3rd is when I drove it. December 4th is when I texted you. I texted you while still out in California. December 5th I went to rehab. For a drug that is legal out in california. I am not a fiend. And also please do not try to dis credit me because I spun a bearing. That has nothing to do with this, its just a side show. While in rehab I find out from my parents that I have not received any checks or money transfers since I used there account since mine wasn't set up yet. So to politely ask you for the money back. I call you and leave you a message giving you my address incase you "Forgot". I got yelled at by my counsoler for making "money calls". She told me not to ever make a call like that again.
February 9th is when I got out. I find out you ordered the turbos you were never supposed to order and I flipped out on you through text message. I blew up your phone and you only responded you would email me. The only reason you responded is because I had to blow up your phone. I do not have a picture saved now, but can get a picture of your email, but heres the text. Notice how he lied last page saying " You didnt want a refund because of the hefty restocking fee". In this email he says I cant get a restocking fee refund (even though you werent supposed to order the turbos!!!) He also dodged my email back to him. He never answered why he ordered these turbos in the first place. He only said verbally after calling him out on it "Than why do I have these turbos with your name on it?" At this point I have all of these items here short of 4 pieces of the 3" inlet system for the GT3071 turbos.
I want to know how you want to handle this - this order turned into a rather large mess for both of us being that I ordered expensive turbochargers and have them here and then you decided to purchase another Z and cancel this order. They are ready to go but I need to know if you want me to put them up for sale for you or if you want me to ship them to you so you can sell them. I cannot send them back to my turbo supplier without taking a hefty restocking fee, not to mention, they are modified and they would not accept them back. This isn't an inexpensive situation and coming right out of pocket to reimburse you for everything would put my company in a really bad place - I'm not a large corporation with huge quantities of capital to work with so I hope you understand this and will work with me on a solution that works for us both. I honestly think the best thing to do is let me put them up on my website for sale and do some advertising on them in the classifieds of twinturbo.net and 300zxclub.com. Doing it this way, the customers will know they are getting them from a reputable vendor - I will be able to ask full retail price you paid for them so you wont be losing out on anything. I am more than happy to do it this way for you, or I can send you out all of the parts and you can sell them off to recover your costs. As soon as I have your say, if you want me to put them up for sale, I will do that immediately for you and get that process rolling so we can move them as quickly as possible. OK OK OK. After reading that email 1,000 times. I realized I missed something highlighted in bold. I decided to buy another z and cancel that order back on december 4th BEFORE you ordered the turbos! I wonder if you can provide proof ash of when you ordered those turbos! You may have ordered more than 1 pair so who knows if it would be legitamite. Maybe you can provide all the turbos you ordered ever in that time frame if possible. That would prove me wrong completely and that I'm doing all of this for fun. Unless you lied about refunding me when you ordered the turbos already? But I highly doubt that.
Want to explain to the community how after giving you $4,000 over 4 months go by and I call you and you said "Honestly Mike I completely forgot. At the end of that call you said something along the lines of me being nice and not flipping out on you like I was doing in my head. My budget. Not to be cocky or snobby. I hate snobby rich people. But to prove a point, I have enough money in the bank to buy a house. My grandfather invented the first proximity system. He was a project manager of weapons developement for the army. He strapped the first proximity system to the nagasaki (spelling) bomb. He himself did math and figured it would explode wider if blew up in the air. He had a pension every year since he retired around age of 50. He also got more money from the army every year for his loss of hearing from having to fly around everywhere. He The pension each year was enough to buy a new zr1 corvette. Now. I never asked for gtx2863 turbos after I got out of rehab. Please prove this. When I got out of rehab you already had the 3071 turbos and I was confused remember? I actually did want these or the gtx2867 at that time and may machine the turbos you gave me and get new housings and wheels to make them 2863. Im no machinist but I talked to someone and they can do someting for me along those lines. I spoke with them yesterday (monday, its after midnight now) about doing it, since I just received the turbos friday. THIS IS WHERE ASHLEY REALLY TRIPS HIMSELF: Your lying so much you forgot whats the truth. I can prove myself honest here too.. How would I know I was going to blow the engine in my new Z back in october 2012 THAT I NEVER EVEN BOUGHT YET!! HAHA I'm glad I'm reading through this crap carefully. I didnt even transfer the money for the car until I was in rehab. My parents did it for me. I think it was like right before christmas. I spent christmas and new years in rehab : ( . I paid you 3 months before that. I payed for the 3071 turbos back in october 2012. bought car around christmas. Haha. No more needs to be said. If anyone doesnt believe me. Ask me for proof of payment in october and ask for proof of payment for the new z. If I show you and you still beleive me, all I can say is; What the hell is going on in the world? On that note.
